All rooms are furnished to a high standard to make your stay with us a relaxing experience. We have a lounge bar and small a la carte menu for dinner in our oak-beamed restaurant.

All of the luxury rooms are quiet garden rooms. These rooms have a rustic ambience, in keeping with this historic residence. These rooms have one double bed or 2 twin single beds. Please inform the hotel of your preference on the day of booking, using the comments field when making your reservation.

We currently only offer a bed and breakfast service at weekends, however we can recommend some local restaurants close by.

Hallam Arena (6 km/4 miles) - major venue for concerts. Meadowhall (6 km/4 miles) - one of the largest shopping malls in the UK. Roache Abbey (5 km/3 miles) - historic 12th century site.

By Car: - Leave the M18 at junction 1 onto the A631 for Rotherham. - Pass through 2 sets of traffic lights and watch for the brown road sign, "Stonecroft Hotel". - At the brow of the hill filter right (at lights) into Church Lane. - At the bottom of Church Lane turn left into Main Street. - The hotel is 100 yards on the right. - From Rotherham take the A631 (Bawtry Road) through Wickersley and filter left into Church Lane.
