o be told someone would come and fetch us when ready, the group of ladies sat in the relaxation lounge with us were booked in at 2.30 but had to be back for child care and had other treatments booked, we were happy for them to go before us, but when the next group went in before us with no explanation other than our time had been moved on and the 2pm was only approx we were left waiting.When we eventually got for the treatment after another call to reception and asking 2 members of staff it was 5pm (3hours later than the approx time given) The spa was spotless but if your in a rush or on a tight time frame I wouldn't reccommend it. We did get a complimentary coffee for our 3 hour delay, but will not be going back in a hurry. After speaking to the other ladies in the spa it became clear all treatments were behind schedule and no one was kept informed of what was happening.
